NO! Your child is not semi-lingual. Bilingual children can easily switch from one language to another. While using one language, they can also use words from the other language.
DO NOT WORRY! Your child does this with bilingual people who not only speak the language of the country you are in but also Turkish. Not when talking to monolinguals! This is a characteristic of bilingual children.
